Below is a table to help you choose the right capacity of CO2 in your cartridge. Always take a higher pressure than you want because it is possible that there is a loss of gas when inserting the cartridge or if you have a striker with tap, it is wise to keep a few grams of CO2 in the cartridge for a second inflation if your tire loses pressure.
