Magura 's 6-hole MDR-P brake disc, designed in two parts, provides constant braking power even under high and permanent loads. This is made possible by the patented Dovetail Interlink technology which equips the outer and inner rings with a special toothing. This provides additional support to the inner ring in the event of thermal expansion of the outer ring. Thus, the torque is not transmitted exclusively by the rivets, but over the entire surface, which increases the rigidity and dissipates the heat more directly when the stress is continuous, as is the case in Gravity. The version with a diameter of 220 mm has approximately 10% more braking force than a 203mm model and 20% more than a 180mm model. Critical lining temperatures are reached much later and the higher brake disc mass reduces the risk of fade and reduces pad wear by 15%. This brake disc is also optimized for use on e-bikes.

Attention: Do not use this brake disc with a Center Lock adapter!
