The SRAM GX Eagle AXS derailleur does its job perfectly, incorporating everything you've come to expect from our connected AXS components. The GX Eagle AXS derailleur is smart enough to protect itself thanks to its extremely resistant Overload Clutch function.
It's an all-new derailleur specifically designed and optimized to work with a motor rather than a cable. AXS™ components make it possible to customize the system and match each rider's preferences as closely as possible via the AXS™ app. Its shortened cage offers 10 mm more between the derailleur and the ground and allows better winding of the chain on the cassette. You can then attach it further inwards and further forwards than an Eagle™ mechanical derailleur.
Designed based on the many preferences of cyclists, it is compatible with our 10-52 tooth cassette and its wider range of gears as well as with our 10-50 tooth cassette. The SRAM GX Eagle AXS rear derailleur , which showcases its heritage from the proven GX Eagle mechanical range, is there for one thing: to do its job.
