The Cannondale Tesoro Neo X Speed is a sturdy and comfortable e-bike for high-speed commuting and transport. Built to withstand the worst the city can offer with electric assistance up to 45 km/h.

This Speedelec requires you to take out moped insurance. You must have an A, B or AM driving license (“Apprenti Motard” permit, formerly BSR).
Registration is done online on the website of the National Agency for Secure Documents (ANTS) .
