The BMC SLR01 FIVE 2026-2027 is a carbon road bike designed for competition and performance in the mountains. Its iconic, latest-generation design combined with the "01 Pro Carbon" carbon level delivers all the performance expected of a Teammachine, with a balance of lightness, stiffness, and aerodynamic efficiency.
Born from the work of BMC 's Impec Lab, this model adopts a decidedly race-oriented geometry and a design aimed at creating a lighter, more responsive, and faster machine. Optimized carbon layup maximizes power transfer on climbs while ensuring precise handling on descents. Aerodynamic improvements to the frame also contribute to increased speed without compromising lightness, making the performance of the SLR 01 level accessible to a wider range of riders.
The comfort provided by TCC Race technology absorbs road imperfections without compromising the bike's overall stiffness. This combination delivers the confidence and precision characteristic of BMC bikes. The package is completed by a SRAM Force AXS electronic drivetrain with power meter, a one-piece ICS Carbon Evo cockpit for precise control, and BMC CR 40 tubeless-ready carbon wheels designed to maintain speed on all types of terrain.
The aerodynamic design of the Teammachine SLR 01 has been optimized through advanced airflow analysis and intensive wind tunnel testing. BMC engineers have thus developed one of the most aerodynamic climbing bikes in the brand's history. The fully integrated cockpit improves ergonomics and rider position while maintaining BMC signature precision handling.
The ultra-light and strong Aerocore carbon bottle cages are integrated to optimize airflow around the downtube and seat tube, helping to reduce aerodynamic drag when the bottles are in place.
