The Teammachine R 01 ONE was designed with one goal in mind: speed. The result of a development process conducted with Red Bull Advanced Technologies, it is the fastest road bike ever developed by BMC . Designed for competition, it offers the same aerodynamic advantage enjoyed by the brand's professional riders, whether in Grand Tours, Classics, or criteriums.
The 01 Premium Carbon lamination allows for an extremely lightweight frame while maintaining optimal rigidity at strategic points to maximize power transfer during accelerations and climbs.
At the front, the Halo fork with its wide head is one of the distinctive features of the Teammachine R 01. Its design helps to stabilize the airflow around the front wheel and reduce turbulence, providing a noticeable aerodynamic gain and increased stability at high speed.
The SRAM Red AXS groupset with integrated power meter ensures fast and precise shifting. DT Swiss ARC 1100 DICUT 55mm wheels and the low-stack ICS Carbon Aero Gen 2 one-piece cockpit complete a system designed to maintain speed even during the most intense efforts.
The Halo design widens the fork legs to create a wider, more distinctive front end. This architecture directs turbulence away from the frame, reduces aerodynamic losses, and helps maintain a stable, usable speed.
Developed with Tudor Pro Cycling, the ICS Carbon Aero cockpit was designed by riders for riders. It combines stiffness, aerodynamics, comfort and modularity while remaining simple to assemble.
The Mariana bottom bracket is the deepest BMC has ever developed for a road bike. This design exposes an optimized surface area to improve airflow around the bottom bracket. This design is UCI approved.
The thinner, deeper seatpost improves vertical compliance while maintaining a lightweight design. Its clamping system is also more accessible and easier to maintain. It is compatible with an integrated race number holder for competitions.
