THE Cervélo Soloist Ultegra Di2 black magic 2027 This is a carbon road bike designed for cyclists who want to ride fast, train seriously, and enjoy a high-performance bike on all their fast rides. It embodies the spirit of the Soloist: a lightweight, aerodynamic, and versatile bike, capable of racking up the kilometers before or after work, fast-paced club rides, gran fondos, and road races.
This new generation of Soloist bikes improves both aerodynamics and weight. Cervélo announces a gain of 8.6 watts compared to the previous model, thanks to a deeper head tube, more aerodynamic fork legs, and a wider bottom bracket area that works in conjunction with the rear wheel. Despite a larger frame and fork surface area, the bike is also 267 grams lighter than its predecessor.
In this Ultegra Di2 version, the Cervélo Soloist receives an electronic transmission Shimano Ultegra Di2 12-speed, a dual-sided Precision Pro GEN3+ 4iiii power meter, Reserve 42TA / 49TA carbon wheels with hubs DT Swiss 350, tires Vittoria Corsa N.EXT TLR G2.0 in 700x29c, a Cervélo HB18 Carbon one-piece cockpit, and a Cervélo WB003 aerodynamic water bottle with a bottle cage. A precise, reliable, and high-performance setup for fast and efficient riding.
The Cervélo Soloist 2027 is designed for cyclists who want a fast, lightweight, and versatile bike. It's suitable for everything from quick daily rides to structured training, sportives, and road races.
Using CFD analysis, Cervélo optimized the shape of the new Soloist to reduce drag. The deeper head tube, more aerodynamic fork legs, and redesigned bottom bracket area result in a claimed 8.6-watt saving compared to the previous model.
Despite a 3% increase in frame surface area and an 8% increase in fork surface area, Cervélo announces a weight saving of 267 grams compared to the previous generation. The result is a more aerodynamic bike, but also one that is significantly lighter.
The Cervélo All-Carbon Tapered Soloist Fork contributes to the precision of the steering, the integration of the bike and the aerodynamic gains of this new generation.
The Soloist 2027 was developed by considering the bike as a whole: frame, fork, cockpit, wheels, tires, and accessories. Each area was optimized to reduce drag without sacrificing versatility or dynamic handling.
The deeper head tube and redesigned fork legs improve airflow at the front of the bike. This optimization directly contributes to the new Soloist's increased speed.
The bottom bracket area has been widened to better accommodate the rear wheel and improve the overall aerodynamic efficiency of the frame.
The Soloist Ultegra Di2 comes with a Cervélo WB003 aerodynamic water bottle and its cage. Cervélo claims that this system adds only about 2 watts of drag, compared to about 6.3 watts for a conventional round water bottle.
The Cervélo Soloist Ultegra Di2 2027 is equipped with the Cervélo HB18 Carbon monocoque cockpit. This integrated design combines the handlebar and stem in a single piece to improve the aerodynamics, stiffness and finish of the bike.
Cervélo offers several combinations of stem lengths and handlebar widths to allow each cyclist to find a position adapted to their practice and morphology.
This version is equipped with an electronic transmission Shimano Ultegra Di2 12-speed. Gear shifting is fast, smooth and precise, with excellent reliability for intensive training, fast rides and road races.
The crankset Shimano Ultegra R8100 in 52/36 teeth offers an excellent compromise between speed on the flat, efficiency in rolling sections and effectiveness on hilly courses.
The dual-sided 4iiii Precision Pro GEN3+ power meter accurately measures the effort of both legs. It provides reliable data for structuring training, managing intensity, and analyzing performance.
The cassette Shimano Ultegra R8100 11-34 teeth 12 speeds offers a versatile range, allowing you to combine speed on the flat, quick accelerations and efficiency on climbs.
The front and rear derailleurs Shimano Ultegra R8150 ensures precise, fast and smooth electronic gear changes, consistent with the performance level of the Soloist Ultegra Di2.
The levers Shimano Ultegra R8170 provides control of the Di2 drivetrain and hydraulic brakes. Braking is powerful, progressive, and precise, with excellent control on descents, accelerations, and in changing conditions.
The discs Shimano CL800 Center Lock offers reliable, consistent and efficient braking, perfectly suited to a performance-oriented carbon road bike.
The Cervélo Soloist Ultegra Di2 2027 is equipped with Reserve 42TA carbon wheels at the front and Reserve 49TA at the rear. This differentiated setup allows for a combination of performance, aerodynamics, stability, and versatility.
The wheels are mounted with hubs DT Swiss 350, renowned for their reliability, smoothness and ease of maintenance.
Reserve wheels are tubeless compatible, allowing you to optimize performance, comfort and puncture resistance depending on the chosen setup.
The tires Vittoria Corsa N.EXT TLR G2.0 tires in 700x29c offer an excellent balance of performance, grip, comfort, and durability. Their modern profile pairs perfectly with Reserve carbon wheels.
The Cervélo SP27 Carbon seatpost contributes to the integration and performance of the bike, while maintaining a finish consistent with the Soloist frame.
The saddle Fizik Arione R3 provides a sporty and suitable riding position for performance road riding, whether for fast rides, training or long distances.
The bottom bracket FSA T47 BBright for 24 mm axle offers a reliable and consistent solution with the transmission Shimano Ultegra Di2.
