THE Cervélo Soloist Force XPLR AXS 1 cloud station wagon 2027 This is a carbon road bike designed for cyclists who want to ride fast, attack, train hard, and enjoy a modern single-chainring setup. It inherits the DNA of the Soloist: a fast, light, and versatile bike, designed for rhythmic rides, gran fondos, intensive training, and races where efficiency is key.
This new generation of Soloist bikes improves both aerodynamics and weight. Cervélo announces a gain of 8.6 watts compared to the previous model, thanks to a deeper head tube, more aerodynamic fork legs, and a wider bottom bracket area that works in conjunction with the rear wheel. Despite a larger frame and fork surface area, the bike is also 267 grams lighter than its predecessor.
In this Force AXS 1 version, the Cervélo Soloist receives an electronic transmission SRAM Force XPLR AXS E1 13-speed single chainring, a crankset SRAM Force 1 AXS E1 48T Aero with power meter, a cassette SRAM Force XPLR 10-46 tooth cassette, Reserve 42TA / 49TA carbon wheels with hubs DT Swiss 350, tires Vittoria Corsa N.EXT TLR G2.0 in 700x29c, a Cervélo HB18 Carbon monobloc cockpit and a Cervélo WB003 aerodynamic water bottle with bottle holder.
The Cervélo Soloist 2027 is designed for cyclists who want a fast, lightweight, and versatile bike. It's ideal for quick daily rides, structured training, sportives, and road races.
Using CFD analysis, Cervélo optimized the shape of the new Soloist to reduce drag. The deeper head tube, more aerodynamic fork legs, and redesigned bottom bracket area result in a claimed 8.6-watt saving compared to the previous model.
Despite a 3% increase in frame surface area and an 8% increase in fork surface area, Cervélo announces a weight saving of 267 grams compared to the previous generation. The result is a more aerodynamic bike, but also one that is significantly lighter.
The Cervélo All-Carbon Tapered Soloist Fork contributes to the precision of the steering, the integration of the bike and the aerodynamic gains of this new generation.
The Soloist 2027 was developed by considering the bike as a whole: frame, fork, cockpit, wheels, tires, and accessories. Each area was optimized to reduce drag without sacrificing versatility or dynamic handling.
The deeper head tube and redesigned fork legs improve airflow at the front of the bike. This optimization directly contributes to the new Soloist's increased speed.
The bottom bracket area has been widened to better accommodate the rear wheel and improve the overall aerodynamic efficiency of the frame.
The Soloist Force AXS 1 comes with a Cervélo WB003 aerodynamic water bottle and its holder. Cervélo claims that this system adds only about 2 watts of drag, compared to about 6.3 watts for a conventional round water bottle.
The Cervélo Soloist Force AXS 1 2027 is equipped with the Cervélo HB18 Carbon one-piece cockpit. This integrated design combines the handlebar and stem in a single piece to improve the bike's aerodynamics, stiffness, and finish.
Cervélo offers several combinations of stem lengths and handlebar widths to allow each cyclist to find a position adapted to their practice and morphology.
This version is equipped with an electronic transmission SRAM Force XPLR AXS E1 with a 13-speed single chainring. This setup simplifies the drivetrain, reduces chainring changes, and provides a wide gear range thanks to the 10-46 tooth cassette.
The crankset SRAM The Force 1 AXS E1 features a 48-tooth aerodynamic chainring. This choice perfectly matches the Soloist's fast-paced character, with a streamlined, efficient, and performance-oriented drivetrain.
The crankset is equipped with a power sensor, ideal for monitoring effort, structuring training and precisely analyzing performance both during rides and competitions.
The cassette SRAM The Force XPLR E1 10-46 tooth 13-speed cassette offers a wide gear range. It allows you to maintain speed on flat terrain while also providing gears suited to hilly courses and climbs.
The rear derailleur SRAM Force XPLR AXS E1 ensures fast, precise and reliable electronic gear changes, consistent with this modern single chainring drivetrain.
The levers SRAM Force AXS E1 ensures control of the electronic transmission and hydraulic braking. Braking is powerful, progressive and precise, with excellent control on descents, during acceleration and in changing conditions.
The discs SRAM Paceline Center Lock offer reliable and efficient braking, consistent with the sporty orientation of the Soloist Force AXS 1.
The Cervélo Soloist Force AXS 1 2027 is equipped with Reserve 42TA carbon wheels at the front and Reserve 49TA at the rear. This differentiated setup allows for a combination of performance, aerodynamics, stability, and versatility.
The wheels are mounted with hubs DT Swiss 350, renowned for their reliability, smoothness and ease of maintenance.
Reserve wheels are tubeless compatible, allowing you to optimize performance, comfort and puncture resistance depending on the chosen setup.
The tires Vittoria Corsa N.EXT TLR G2.0 tires in 700x29c offer an excellent balance of performance, grip, comfort, and durability. Their modern profile pairs perfectly with Reserve carbon wheels.
The Cervélo SP27 Carbon seatpost contributes to the integration and performance of the bike, while maintaining a finish consistent with the Soloist frame.
The saddle Fizik Arione R3 provides a sporty and suitable riding position for performance road riding, whether for fast rides, training or long distances.
The bottom bracket SRAM DUB T47 BBright offers a modern, reliable and consistent solution for transmission SRAM Force AXS E1.
