Bike7 Pro Seal puncture preventative 125ml

Pro Seal is a latex emulsion for quickly sealing holes in all tubeless tires, whether mountain bike or racing. Pro Seal is applied through the valve or poured directly into the partially dismantled tire and provides an effective instant repair.

Use :

Tire removed:

• New tire: clean the inside using Bike7 Degrease and wipe dry.
• Mount one side of the tire and hold the wheel straight.
• Shake the bottle vigorously and pour the necessary amount directly into the tire, keeping the bottle vertical.
• Mount the tire completely.

Tire mounted, using the 125 ml bottle:

• Remove the valve core and position the wheel, valve down, vertically without crushing the rim to the ground.
• Shake the bottle vigorously, cut the nozzle 2 mm from the end and pour the necessary quantity directly through the valve, keeping the bottle vertical.
• Reassemble the shell.

Tire inflation:

• Gently rotate the wheel completely.
• Inflate the tire until it seats correctly.
• Spin and wobble the wheel for ±1 minute to obtain a good distribution of the Bike7 Pro Seal.
• Adjust the tire pressure to your liking.

Recommended quantities per tire type:

• Road tire (23-30mm): 60 ml / tire
• MTB tire (29", 2.0-2.4): 100 ml / tire.

For wider tires, a larger quantity is recommended. For added protection, a larger quantity of product may be used.

Effective lifespan is between 3 and 8 months, depending on conditions. Check the fluidity of the product every month and top up if necessary.
