After the invention and success of our rim brake pads, we decided to develop discs, brake pads and accessories.

The ROTOR 3D disc uses the basics of the Izone contact invention with a design that dissipates heat in the direction of the airflow.

Contrary to the classic drilling of the discs on the market, the DarkPads ventilation slats allow a significant drop in temperature while maintaining a high rigidity of the disc with an increase in power.

This drop in temperature makes it possible not to heat the pads (premature wear) and the hydraulic fluid causing "fading",

Fading occurs when brake fluid begins to boil and air bubbles form in the brake lines. The consequence is a gradual decrease in braking efficiency, which is perceived as a spongy feeling at the level of the lever.

It is possible to further reduce overheating and braking efficiency by combining our DarkPads ROTOR 3D disc with the high performance DarkPads DRAG ceramic pads.

An additional point for braking under water, more efficient on evacuation by the circulation of air in the slats.

Reduced weight and high rigidity through the center of the disc in aeronautical aluminum 7075 T6.
The acid treatment of the steel that makes up the braking surface of the disc allows reduced wear.
The 3D waves outside the disc still allow an accentuation of the drop in temperature but above all an incredible feeling.
The DarkPads ROTOR 3D disc is 6Hole and CENTERLOCK compatible with our CENTER/6T adapter available in the accessories.
