The Magura HC3 brake lever , specially developed by the eponymous as part of the Magura MT7 Danny MacAskill Edition, is now offered individually as retrofit. This shorter and very individually adjustable lever allows every rider to perfectly adjust their personal "braking feeling". The adaptation of the leverage ratio and thus the braking force is unique.

The HC3 brake lever can be mounted on Magura MT6, MT7, MT8 and MT Trail Carbon brakes from model year 2015.

The one-finger lever allows you to get the most out of the brake thanks to an optimal dosage.

Reach Adjust

(with SW3 hex key): The lever can be easily and individually adapted to hand size or personal preference.

Ratio Adjust

(with T25 Torx): By changing the mechanical ratio, it is possible to adjust the braking force. The right braking force for every surface:
on grippy ground, high gear = high braking power,
on slippery ground (e.g. wet or muddy) lower gear = better modulation.

Improved handle ergonomics:

Increasing the contact area with the middle finger when the brake is pulled all the way down helps prevent the lever from digging into the finger.
