It also naturally includes Leucine, an essential amino acid used in protein biosynthesis, which supports muscle protein synthesis.

Suggested Use

Add 46g of powder (one full scoop) to 500ml of cold water and shake. Foaming is normal. Let sit for at least 1 minute. Best consumed up to 30 minutes after exercise.
