With its 800 Wh Bosch battery, this Trek Allant+ 6 in Galactic Grey is made for long distances and hilly terrain. Who is it for?

For the rider who lives up in the hills or out of town and covers a long distance every day, or for anyone heading out for the day towards the Hauts Cantons and the Caroux. Sizes M and L cover riders from 165 to 186 cm.

The Allant+ 6, the well-equipped electric trekking bike. On a straight-top-tube hydroformed alloy frame, the Allant+ 6 combines the Bosch Performance Line CX motor with the Bosch smart system and the Kiox 300 display. Trek has fitted it with a thru-axle Mobie 34 fork with adjustable rebound and compression, four-piston brakes and 57 mm Schwalbe G-One tyres: enough to go from road to gravel tracks without changing bikes.

On long descents, the Shimano four-piston brakes, with a 203 mm rotor at the front and 180 mm at the rear, dissipate heat better than a two-piston brake. That is a real safety asset on a bike weighing over 23 kg, especially when loaded with panniers.
