SiS GO Energy + Electrolyte Gel are designed for long exercise sessions or in hot weather, offering 87 calories per serving. Formulated with essential electrolytes to replace those lost through sweat.

GO Energy + Electrolyte Gels build on the established science of GO Isotonic Energy Gel, the world's first and only truly isotonic energy gel.

These gels not only provide a quick boost of easily digestible carbohydrates (22 grams) for energy, but also 118mg of sodium, 9.5mg of potassium and 1.5mg of magnesium per gel.

Suggested Use

• Aim for 1 GO Energy + Electrolyte gel and 2 GO Isotonic Energy gels per hour during exercises lasting more than 90 minutes.
• May also be consumed before exercise to ensure electrolyte availability for fluid absorption.
