The Pirelli Cinturato Gravel M 700x35C tire is designed for cyclists who venture onto varied terrain. It is ideal for paths where the surface alternates between compact, unstable areas and all conditions in between. Its tread, equipped with medium height studs and optimized spacing, guarantees excellent performance on a wide variety of surfaces.

The SpeedGRIP compound, developed specifically for gravel, offers a unique combination of mechanical resistance and chemical adhesion, while maintaining good rolling efficiency. This tire stands out for its performance in all weather conditions, whether dry or wet, and also provides a high level of puncture protection.

Pirelli Gravel M is also compatible with hookless rims, according to the maximum pressure limit recommended by ETRTO, i.e. 5 bar (73 psi).

SpeedGRIP Compound

SpeedGRIP Compound is a rubber formulation specifically designed for gravel, based on Pirelli's experience in world rally competitions. In this field, speed and grip on and off-road are paramount. This chemical composition is inspired by the SmartGRIP compound, used for mountain bike tires, while reducing rolling resistance to improve performance on the road. Although there is a slight compromise in grip, this compound ensures balanced and predictable performance on different types of of land.

TechWALL Gravel Envelope

Pirelli has cleverly merged road tire reinforcement technologies with mountain bike tire technologies to create the most advanced casings for gravel. By integrating fabric reinforcements and additional rubber layers in strategic areas, the TechWALL Gravel Improves puncture resistance. On the road, punctures mainly come from sharp objects, while on the trails, side cuts are more common. That's why the TechWALL casing, with its tough 120 TPI fabric, covers the the entire tire while maintaining a smooth and pleasant ride.
