The Goodyear x Zipp XPLR Slick - 700X45C tire is a semi-slick racing model specially designed for fast gravel rides on dry or moderately uneven terrain. Integrated into the innovative Zipp wheel and tire system, it forms, together with the 303 XPLR SW and S wheels, one of the most effective combinations for performance on rolling paths.

While current gravel wheels are often simply reinforced adaptations of road models, the XPLR system breaks new ground by optimizing the wheel/tire assembly for the discipline. This approach allows for a reduction in inflation pressure, which significantly limits vibrations and improves both comfort and speed over long distances.

The XPLR Slick tire features a smooth tread pattern that maximizes speed on compact surfaces. The sidewalls feature a subtle relief pattern that enhances stability and cornering control. Its lightweight, flexible construction delivers excellent handling, while M:Wall reinforcements effectively protect against cuts and pinch flats.
