Advanced protection for demanding cyclists

The Kudo helmet is a half-shell helmet designed by Fizik to meet the needs of road, gravel, and cross-country cyclists. It combines a lightweight construction with exceptional ventilation while meeting the strictest safety standards, both European (EN 1078:2012) and American (CPSC 1203). This helmet has received the maximum 5-star rating from the independent Virginia Tech Helmet Lab, renowned for its rigorous safety testing.

Ventilation without compromise

The Fizik Kudo helmet's compact, rounded design effectively reduces wind resistance while ensuring optimal thermal regulation. Strategically placed ventilation openings ensure a constant flow of air, ideal for sustained efforts or long climbs. The helmet also features a convenient goggle storage area on top.

Structure designed for safety

The smooth, rounded shape of the Kudo helmet helps limit grip in the event of an impact, which can reduce the intensity of the impact. Inside, a cross-sectional structure integrated into the EPS foam improves energy dissipation by distributing forces throughout the helmet.

MIPS Air Node Protection System

The Kudo helmet features the MIPS Air Node safety system, invisibly integrated into the inner lining. This ultra-light, low-friction layer helps disperse rotational forces in the event of an angled impact. It's also easily removable for easy cleaning.

Custom fit

Thanks to its micrometric adjustment system located at the rear, the Kudo helmet allows for precise adjustment of the tilt for perfect compatibility with glasses. An adjustment at the top of the skull allows the helmet to adapt its shape to the head. The lightweight ripstop fabric straps add comfort and stability.

Increased visibility

For increased safety, Fizik has integrated a removable reflector into the back of the helmet. This reflector can be replaced with a USB-rechargeable LED light, which comes with the helmet. This light has multiple lighting modes for optimal visibility day and night.
