For enduro and the most demanding terrain, LOOK combines its largest X-Track platform with a gold-finish titanium axle on the En-Rage Plus Ti. The forged aluminium cage offers 664 mm² of contact area, while its side profile naturally guides the shoe towards the mechanism. Despite this generous surface, the pedal weighs just 200 g (manufacturer data): it's the lightest of the En-Rage family.
Both share exactly the same body and the same platform. What you're choosing with the Ti is the titanium axle: 25 g less on each side (200 g versus 225 g) and a gold finish that won't go unnoticed. To lighten an already dialled enduro bike, the difference makes sense; for heavy bike park use, the chromoly version remains a safe bet. Compared with the base En-Rage, the Ti gains a wider cage and a Q-factor increased to 55 mm.
A titanium axle deserves careful fitting: grease the crank threads and tighten with restraint, without an extension bar or excessive force. On such a wide platform, check your stance width: a 55 mm Q-factor suits broad-shouldered riders or those who ride with their knees out. After a muddy ride, a rinse with clean water, without a pressure-washer jet aimed at the axle, will preserve the seals.
