The Zéfal EZ Max FC inflator offers the best of both worlds: the practicality of a CO2 inflator and the reliability of a traditional mini-pump. With it, you have the choice between rapid inflation by cartridge or traditional pumping.

Please refer to the usage table to choose the cartridge suitable for your tires and thus know the maximum pressure you can achieve.

The CO2 cartridge, made entirely of steel, is recyclable and must be thrown into the bin dedicated to metal recycling.

Z-Turn system

The reversible screw-on and intuitive Z-Turn connection allows remote inflation, ensuring the safety of your valve. Universal, compatible with Schrader and Presta valves.

Usage tips

1. Unscrew the cartridge to remove the anti-percussion safety ring.
2. Position the valve at the top (at 12 o'clock) by turning the wheel.
3. For Presta valves, unscrew the valve core first.
4. Screw the Z-Turn tip of the pump in the correct direction for your valve. Be careful, inflation will be immediate after hitting the cartridge, so make sure everything is in place.
5. Screw the cartridge firmly onto the other end of the pump until it stops. The cartridge is now pierced and inflation takes place instantly.
6. Remove the product once the tire is inflated.

Maintenance tips

To ensure its proper functioning, the Zéfal brand recommends lubricating the mechanism with a drop of oil a few times a year. Any oil of mineral origin is suitable, but they particularly recommend their PRO WET LUBE oil.
