Iconic Prisme or standard Keo Blade Ceramic?

LVR workshop tip

To keep the finish immaculate, avoid leaning the bike with the pedal against a wall or kerb, and clean it with soapy water rather than a pressure washer. A 12 blade suits most regular riders; the Keo Blade 8, 16 and 20 kits let you adjust the tension later.
