Vectran™ Breaker

The benchmark in puncture protection. A high-tech synthetic fiber based on spun silk as the natural model. Vectran is spun from the molten Vectra liquid polymer and formed into a multi-fiber yarn. Tremendously tear-resistant for the lowest possible weight - just enough to be used as puncture protection in a premium tire from Continental. And this without affecting rolling resistance.
