For a 29 inch wheel, the length of tubeless tape needed depends on the rim circumference, which can be estimated from the wheel size.

Quick calculation:

Diameter of a 29 inch wheel (approximately 73.66 cm):
Circumference ≈ π × diameter.
Circumference ≈ 3.14 × 73.66 cm ≈ 231 cm (or approximately 2.31 meters).

Adjustment:

It is recommended to add an extra margin (10-15%) to ensure a good overlap of the tape at the junction of the two ends.

Recommended total length for a 29-inch wheel:
≈ 2.5 meters per wheel.
For a pair of wheels:
You will need approximately 5 meters of tubeless tape.

If you use a 66 meter roll like the one from DT Swiss , it will be enough to equip up to 26 29 inch wheels, or 13 bikes.
