Shotgun Pro Gen 2 Kids MTB Saddle

The Shotgun Pro Gen 2 saddle is specially designed for mountain biking families who want to share their rides with their children. Quick to install and remove, it attaches without contact with the frame and adapts to both electric and conventional bikes. Its fully adjustable system allows it to grow with your child, while ensuring comfort and safety on all your rides.

Robust and practical, the Shotgun Pro offers a unique experience: your child enjoys the sensations of riding at the front, while remaining comfortably seated. An ideal solution to make every bike ride more fun and interactive.

Age and weight

Suitable for children aged 2 to 5 years, weighing between 12 and 27 kg (27 and 60 lb). The length of the footrests is adjustable to keep up with your child's growth.

Quick-release system

The quick-release mechanism allows for installation or removal in just 15 seconds after initial assembly. Two headset spacers are included to equip two different bikes.

Bike compatibility

Fits most modern mountain bikes with a standard 1 1/8” steerer tube and at least 10mm of clearance under the stem – including electric models with wide downtubes. Not recommended for bikes without front suspension (road, beach cruisers), due to lack of clearance for the child's feet.

Contactless frame fixing

The saddle attaches to the headset and seat post, ensuring complete absence of contact with the frame to preserve your bike.

Settings and adjustments

The saddle is adjustable in position and inclination, with 7 levels of adjustment for leg length. This ensures optimal comfort and a perfect adaptation to the child's morphology.

Shotgun Pro Evo Compatibility

The Shotgun Pro seat is fully compatible with the Shotgun Pro Evo 2-in-1 evolutionary system, designed for children from 9 months to 5 years.

Accessories and adapters

Specific adapters (sold separately) are available for bikes with integrated cable management (ICR), as well as for Trek Knock Block and Scott Syncros systems. Additional spacers can also be purchased to equip multiple bikes.
