Technology and design

The Dual Cup system uses two perfectly aligned aluminum cups, creating a rigid junction point in the center of the housing. This design eliminates unwanted noise and play. The housing is equipped with chrome steel bearings (ABEC5 / P5 – 2RS) for increased durability and smoothness.

The cups are made of aircraft-grade 7075 aluminum, receiving a T6 heat treatment for increased strength and durability. This fully sealed housing features axial seals on the bearings and complete sealing on all surfaces. Its lightweight design is based on a reduced number of notches.
