A gloss red frame for Pogačar's glasses

Successor to the 2020 Aeroshade, the Aeroshade 2.0 Titanium is the pair worn by Tadej Pogačar. This version dresses the front in gloss red and pairs it with the Multimirror Sunburst lens, with its iridescent reflection. With 23% visible light transmission (VLT), this lens sits in category 2: dark enough for sun, light enough to keep reading the road when you ride into shade.

Red Aeroshade 2.0, Strake or XS?

This model is the "standard" Aeroshade 2.0, with its 143 x 58 mm lens. If your face is rather small, the XS size (137 x 57 mm lens) will fit better. If you ride with your head down a lot, in time trials or triathlon, the Strake and its curved lens edge are worth a try. For everyone else, the standard size is the best starting point, and this red is the most eye-catching colour in the collection (our advice).

LVR workshop tip

The Sunburst category 2 lens covers a large part of the year in our region, from spring to autumn. In the heart of summer, under a vertical sun, sensitive eyes will appreciate a darker lens; conversely, the supplied pink lens takes over in grey weather or at dusk.

To keep the frame bright red, wipe it after rides in the rain and avoid leaving the glasses in the sun on the rear parcel shelf of the car. Clean the lens with clean water and a microfibre cloth.
