Presented in the form of effervescent tablets, this reconstituted drink will provide you with minerals (electrolytes) and vitamins promoting good hydration during exercise.
With a natural aroma, these ELECTROLYTES tablets also have the advantage of being quickly soluble, easy to use and transport.

They will provide you with sodium, potassium, magnesium, vitamin C and D3 both during exercise and during recovery.

Use :

Take 2 effervescent tablets for 500mL of water in your canister, water bottle, hydrating pocket.
