If you want to both stay hydrated and have lots of energy, this product is for you. One sachet (500 ml) contains 40 grams of carbohydrates. Use before, during and/or after activity.

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix the contents of each sachet with 500 ml of water and shake well until the product is completely dissolved. Be careful, you must make sure you get the right ratio for the hydrogel technology to deliver all its benefits. The product is designed to be mixed with water with a calcium content of less than 40 mg/l, otherwise it may be more difficult to dissolve. The sports drink should be consumed a few minutes before, during and/or directly after activity.

ENERGY AMOUNT

Studies have shown that our bodies can use up to 90 grams of carbohydrates per hour. A sachet of Drink Mix 160 mixed with 500 ml of water contains 40 grams of carbohydrates.

HOW IT WORKS ?

Drink Mix 160 was developed using hydrogel* technology. When you mix it with water, you get a sports drink with a high concentration of maltodextrin and fructose. The sports drink immediately turns into a hydrogel in the acidity of the stomach. The hydrogel allows the drink to be easily transported from the stomach to the intestine where water, salt and carbohydrates are absorbed.
