INSTRUCTIONS

Mix the contents of each sachet with 500 ml of water and shake well until the product is completely dissolved. Be careful, you must make sure you get the right ratio for the hydrogel technology to deliver all its benefits. The product is designed to be mixed with water with a calcium content of less than 40 mg/l, otherwise it may be more difficult to dissolve. The sports drink should be consumed a few minutes before, during and/or directly after activity.

HOW IT WORKS ?

The sports drink immediately turns into a hydrogel in the acidity of the stomach. The hydrogel allows the drink to be easily transported from the stomach to the intestine where water, salt and carbohydrates are absorbed.
