Design

In-Mold Construction

The Abus Moventor 2.0 helmet uses an In-Mold manufacturing process. The inner EPS foam is directly injected into the outer polycarbonate shell, resulting in a durable, robust, and lightweight structure.

Outer shell made of polycarbonate

The outer polycarbonate shell protects the helmet structure from impacts, scratches and wear and tear associated with regular mountain biking use.

Lower edge protection

The outer shell also covers the lower edge of the helmet. This additional protection limits scratches, minor impacts, and wear on the most exposed areas.

Deep adjustment

The Moventor 2.0 features a deeper fit at the back of the head. This shape improves protection and support, especially on steep trails or fast sections.

Half retaining ring

The retention system is based on a half-ring which allows for a comfortable and stable fit around the head.
