Construction and materials

The polymer composite shell fully encloses the head, with extended rear protection to cover the most vulnerable areas in the event of a fall. The impact foam is molded directly to the shell, ensuring optimal energy absorption during high-speed impacts. Lightweight and robust, this construction provides an excellent balance between protection and everyday wearing comfort.

360° Turbine Technology

The helmet incorporates Leatt 's Turbine 360° technology, which, together with the impact foam, forms a unique 3-in-1 safety system. The turbine discs, optimally positioned inside the helmet, allow for slight relative movement between the helmet and the head upon impact. This mechanism helps reduce the maximum acceleration transmitted to the skull and brain, particularly in the event of rotational impacts and low-speed collisions, complementing the high-energy impact protection provided by the molded foam.

Ventilation

With its 14 vents distributed across the entire shell, the helmet guarantees efficient airflow at any speed, even during low-speed climbs. Young riders benefit from a cool head throughout their ride, which directly contributes to comfort and concentration on the trail.

Comfort and fit

The occipital retention system with a micrometric buckle allows for precise and personalized adjustment, ensuring optimal helmet stability in all circumstances. The chin strap closure uses a Fidlock magnetic buckle, which is quick and easy to operate, even with gloves. The breathable, moisture-wicking inner lining is removable for washing, guaranteeing lasting hygiene. The adjustable and detachable visor completes the package: it protects from the sun and, in the event of a fall, is designed to reduce rotational impact forces.
