Construction and materials

The polymer composite shell offers an excellent stiffness-to-weight ratio. It incorporates impact foam molded directly into the shell, optimizing energy absorption during high-speed impacts. The removable chin bar meets ASTM impact tests, guaranteeing reliable protection as soon as it's in place. Together, they form a 3-in-1 safety system designed to adapt to the demands of the trail.

360° Turbine Technology

At the heart of this helmet's protection lies Leatt 's Turbine 360° technology, which works on three complementary levels. The "turbine" discs allow the helmet to shift slightly on the head upon impact, reducing the maximum acceleration transmitted to the brain and limiting the effects of rotational forces. Additionally, the molded impact foam absorbs high-speed impacts, while the discs also absorb low-speed impacts.
