Materials and construction

The ThermaFlow 2.0 is woven from bio-based WarmYarn made from coffee, a naturally odor-resistant, quick-drying, and biodegradable fiber. The flat-knit outer surface provides a clean look, while the brushed interior creates a reservoir of warm air against the skin. Flat seams eliminate chafing, even under a back protector or backpack. The fabrics are bluesign® certified, guaranteeing responsible manufacturing with a low environmental impact.

Weather protection

A DWR C0 water-repellent treatment, free of PFAS (PFCs) , protects the surface from splashes of water and mud without the use of perfluorinated compounds. UPF 50 sun protection blocks 95% of UVA and 98% of UVB rays, ideal for high-altitude days or intense winter sun. The snug elastane cuffs create an effective seal against cold air.

Cut and fit

The women's-specific Regular fit offers a tailored silhouette without excess fabric. Four-way stretch fabric follows every movement in your mountain biking position—accelerating, cornering, and low positions—without ever restricting your movement. Pre-shaped long sleeves with anatomical seams maintain a natural arm shape, even during intense pedaling. The hood fits discreetly under your helmet without adding bulk.

Finishes

Two zippered side pockets keep your essentials secure—phone, gel, house key—without risk of loss in the technical sections. Elasticated cuffs complete the design for optimal weatherproofing at the cuffs.
