Please note, this is not a pedal: the Activ Grip Trail is the replacement insert set fitted as standard on the Trail Grip. This four-piece kit covers both sides of both pedals. Made of Vibram vulcanised rubber dotted with composite studs, with a concave profile and large blocks, it's cut out for off-tarmac rides.

Activ Grip Trail or Activ Grip City?

The City version has grooved rubber without studs, gentle on everyday shoes. The Trail version bites harder into MTB or hiking soles: it's the one you need as soon as you leave the road.

LVR workshop tip

Replace the inserts as soon as the studs become rounded: grip drops off well before the rubber wears through. It's also a simple way to change your bike's look by playing with colours, for example Lime inserts on a black frame.
