The Maxxis Assegai 27.5x2.60 3C MaxxTerra EXO+ Tubeless Ready mountain bike tire combines a large volume with a thin 120 TPI casing and EXO+ reinforced protection. It is designed for aggressive trail and enduro riding where grip, support, and impact protection are paramount.

The 3C MaxxTerra compound offers high traction while maintaining better wear resistance than the 3C MaxxGrip. The Assegai tread pattern ensures a smooth transition between the center tread and the lateral lugs.

This version is Tubeless Ready and its maximum pressure is set at 40 PSI.

EXO+ Protection

EXO+ combines SilkShield across the entire casing and EXO along the sidewalls. This construction increases resistance to tread punctures, lateral abrasion, and pinch flats.

120 TPI Carcass

The fine and numerous threads of the casing allow the tire to conform to irregularities in the terrain, while the EXO+ protection provides the level of reinforcement necessary for demanding use.
