One pedal, two cleat standards

Exercise bike, home spin bike or a turbo trainer shared by the whole family: you don't always ride in the same shoes. The Indoor Dual solves the problem with one side using the LOOK Delta standard and the other SPD-compatible. Everyone in the household clips in with their own cleats, and tension is adjusted independently on each side. LOOK designed it for indoor cardio, endurance and interval sessions.

Indoor Dual or Keo road pedals?

If you ride a turbo trainer in road shoes fitted with Keo cleats, stick with Keo pedals: the Indoor Dual doesn't accept that standard. It really comes into its own on a dedicated indoor bike, especially when several people use it with Delta-cleated studio shoes or SPD-cleated MTB shoes. For outdoor riding, look instead at an X-Track or a Keo Classic 3 Plus.

LVR workshop tip

Spot the R and L markings before fitting: the right pedal screws in clockwise, the left one anticlockwise. Delta Fitness Grip cleats have a non-slip sole, handy for walking on wooden or tiled floors without slipping. Set the SPD tension fairly low to begin with: indoors, you need to be able to unclip quickly at the end of a session.
