Red Delta: freedom of movement for your knees

Does your spin bike, turbo trainer or older Look road pedal still use the Delta standard? This red cleat is the forgiving version. Its 9° of float lets your heel pivot naturally with every turn of the cranks, easing the strain on your joints during long sessions.

Delta or Keo?

The two systems look alike but are not interchangeable. If your pedals are Keo Classic 3, Keo 2 Max or Keo Blade, you need Keo Grip cleats. Delta remains the benchmark for studio pedals and older Look generations.

LVR workshop tip

Trace the outline of the old cleat with a marker before unscrewing it: you'll find its exact position again. Replace it as soon as unclipping becomes inconsistent, play appears or cracks start to form.
