The original Keo cleat, forgiving version

The Keo standard is used on most current Look road pedals. This red cleat allows 9° of rotation, enough for your foot to find its own line while pedalling. A colour we readily recommend to sportive riders who clock up long distances.

Keo Cleat or Keo Grip?

The Keo Cleat is the classic cleat, without non-slip inserts. The Keo Grip, supplied with the latest-generation Keo Blade, adds pads that make walking safer. Both are available in black 0°, grey 4.5° and red 9°. Neither fits Delta pedals.

LVR workshop tip

A worn cleat shows itself through less positive engagement, creaking or grooves on its contact face. To protect it at the café stop, add Keo Cover cleat covers.
