20 or 16?

Between these two settings, the difference is clearly felt when unclipping. The 16 is enough for most powerful riders; the 20 is for those who push their pedals to the extreme. Keo Blade Power blades are not interchangeable with this kit.

LVR workshop tip

At this level of stiffness, worn cleats make release difficult and unpredictable: fit it with Keo Grip cleats in good condition. Ideally keep it for racing and use a softer blade for training.
