A configuration ready for an 11-speed transmission

This version of the KICKR CORE 2 comes standard with an 11-speed 11-28 cassette. It allows you to retain the traditional feel of mechanical gear changes while benefiting from the connected functions of the home trainer.

The KICKR CORE 2 is designed to work with most road, gravel, and mountain bikes. It supports 8- to 13-speed drivetrains depending on the cassette and freehub body used. However, the stock cassette is not compatible with Shimano CUES/LinkGlide drivetrains.

Realistic sensations for indoor training

The KICKR CORE 2's precision flywheel technology is combined with algorithms that replicate the resistance variations encountered during a ride. When connected to a compatible smartphone, tablet, computer, or GPS device, the trainer automatically adjusts its resistance to the software or route being used.

With a maximum power of 1800 W, an advertised accuracy of +/- 2% and the ability to simulate slopes from -10% to +16%, the KICKR CORE 2 allows you to reproduce a wide variety of training situations.

Wi-Fi and Race mode for increased responsiveness

The KICKR CORE 2 now benefits from a Wi-Fi connection allowing for faster and more stable pairing with compatible applications, as well as automatic firmware updates and better device synchronization.

Race mode increases the power transmission frequency from 1 Hz to 10 Hz. This allows power variations to be transmitted more quickly, better representing accelerations and sprints during virtual training and competitions.
