BBB AL CoreCap - Black / 40mm

BBB CoreCap AL BTI-166 aluminum tubeless valve kit - Black / 40mm

The BBB AL CoreCap - Black / 40mm is an aluminum tubeless valve kit designed to completely modernize your tire inflation. Thanks to its innovative design, it eliminates the limitations of traditional Presta valves while offering significantly higher airflow, increased durability, and universal compatibility.

Ideal for road, gravel, mountain bike or urban cyclists riding tubeless, this kit simplifies tire mounting, inflation and maintenance.

A new generation tubeless valve

The CoreCap AL replaces traditional Presta valves with a more reliable and convenient solution. No more handling or unscrewing a fragile valve core: everything has been designed for simple and long-lasting use.

• complete aluminum tubeless valve kit
• no need to unscrew the shell
• better resistance to wear
• robust and durable design

Up to 300% more airflow

The optimized internal structure of the CoreCap AL greatly improves airflow, allowing for faster and smoother inflation than a standard Presta valve.

This increased flow rate also facilitates tubeless installation, which is often possible without a compressor.

• up to 300% more throughput
• faster inflation
• simplified pressure adjustment
• tubeless mounting made easy

Ideal for tubeless

Designed primarily for tubeless setups, this complete aluminum kit ensures excellent sealing and very good durability over time.

It is perfectly suited for intensive use in mountain biking, gravel biking or road cycling.

• tubeless mounting kit
• reliable sealing
• road use / gravel / mountain biking
• resistance to regular use

Universal compatibility

The CoreCap AL offers full compatibility with Schrader (AV) pump heads, without any adapters.

You can inflate your tires with a standard bicycle pump, a workshop pump, or directly at a service station.

• compatible with Schrader / AV pumps
• No adapter needed
• home use or gas station
• universal solution

A practical and sustainable solution

Its aluminum design provides an excellent level of robustness, far superior to classic Presta valves which are often fragile.

The system reduces the risks of folding, breakage and repeated handling during inflation.

• aluminum body
• better longevity
• less maintenance
• greater ease of use

Winner of the iF Design Award 2026

The CoreCap AL received the prestigious iF Design Award 2026 in Germany, recognizing its innovation in the world of bicycle inflation and its approach focused on ease of use.
