Ceramic bearings for Zipp ZR1 / ZM2 / Cogniton Disc and 176/177 hubs

This Zipp wheel hub upgrade kit features two type 61903 ceramic bearings, compatible with various hubs including ZR1, Cognition Disc and older versions. These bearings offer improved operation, increased durability and reduced friction thanks to their silicon nitride ceramic balls, chromium-molybdenum-nickel steel bearing rings, polyamide cages and non-contact seals.

Manufacturer's note:

To upgrade a complete wheelset, three kits (six bearings) are required: two kits (four pieces) including 61903 bearings for the front and rear hub bodies, and one kit (two bearings) with 61803 bearings for the freewheel body. It is also possible to install only the two sets of 61903 bearings in the hub bodies to obtain the most advantages.
