Dual Cup technology and alignment precision

Dual Cup Technology relies on two aluminum cups that keep the bearings perfectly aligned on each side of the case. This design creates a rigid central junction, eliminates noise and micro-movements, and ensures optimal mechanical stability over time.

Ceramic hybrid bearings

This model is equipped with ABEC5/P5 – 2RS certified hybrid ceramic bearings. They offer extremely low friction, excellent wear resistance and greater longevity compared to conventional steel bearings, while maintaining very good sealing.

The cups are machined from aircraft-grade 6061 aluminum with T6 heat treatment, ensuring rigidity, corrosion resistance, and durability. The entire housing is fully protected by axial seals and complete sealing to protect the bearings from water and contaminants.
