Dual Cup technology and structural rigidity

Dual Cup Technology relies on two aluminum cups that keep the bearings perfectly aligned on each side of the case. This design creates a rigid central junction, eliminates unwanted noise and micro-movements, and ensures long-lasting mechanical stability.

Ceramic hybrid bearings

The Bikone BB30 Ceramic for DUB is equipped with ABEC5/P5 – 2RS certified hybrid ceramic bearings. They offer very low friction, excellent wear resistance and long service life, while maintaining high sealing against water and impurities.

Materials and waterproofing

The cups are made of aircraft-grade 6061 aluminum with T6 heat treatment, ensuring rigidity, corrosion resistance, and durability. The entire housing is fully sealed with axial gaskets and complete sealing to effectively protect the bearings.
