For Sram Dub Wide cranksets, it is necessary to add a Dub Wide adapter kit (sold separately).

For proper compatibility, road cranksets should be mounted on road frames, and mountain bike cranksets on mountain bike frames.

Technology and design

Dual Cup technology relies on two perfectly aligned aluminum cups, forming a rigid structure in the center that eliminates unwanted noise and play. The bearings are made of chrome steel (ABEC5 / P5 – 2RS), guaranteeing durability and smoothness.

The cups are made from aircraft-grade 7075 aluminum, with a T6 heat treatment that improves their resistance to wear and corrosion. Fully sealed, this housing benefits from axial seals on the bearings and a complete seal on all surfaces.

Finally, reducing the number of notches allows the weight of the assembly to be reduced without compromising strength.
