Punk Powder - Twin Pack makes 4x liters of Two-Wheel Cleaner

We use hundreds of thousands of litres of water each year to produce our regular bottles, and while we’ve drastically reduced this with the concentrate version, there are always ways to do better for the environment and take another step forward! In line with Project Green, Muc-Off are always looking for innovative ways to reduce their plastic, water and carbon footprint. That’s why they set out to give their flagship product, Muc-Off Bike Cleaner, a completely new shape and reusable aluminium bottle! The challenge was to take the technology from the liquid Bike Cleaner and transform it into a high-tech powder using a very different chemical process that required tons of innovation. The brief was to create a product that was 100% plastic and water free, using plant-based ingredients to minimise petrochemical processes. From the vegetable inks used for printing to the biodegradable packaging, the powder and a bottle made from recycled aluminum, each element of the development has been defined to guarantee its sustainability.
