The Fizik Tempo R5 Powerstrap Road Shoe is a versatile road cycling shoe with an innovative velcro closure designed for an enveloping fit.

While most Velcro closures simply tighten both sides of the shoe's upper, in this configuration a tape wraps around the foot, allowing for optimal comfort and fit through two straps.
The system thus reproduces the principle of Fizik 's volume control: the instep and the midfoot are separately adjustable zones that allow a fully personalized fit and compression.

The R5 Nylon composite outsole is flexible and comfortable even over the long haul, but without compromising pedaling efficiency.
