The Trek Fetch+ 2 is a compact electric cargo bike: 20-inch wheels, a step-through frame and a box that can carry up to 80 kg according to Trek. The 85 Nm Bosch Performance Line Cargo motor and the removable 500 Wh PowerTube battery do the work, for a bike weighing 31.00 kg according to Trek. Blue Sage is a soft, bright sage blue-green.

Who is it for?

For anyone who wants a real load-carrying bike without the bulk of a long cargo bike: a flat with a courtyard, a shared garage, the narrow streets of the old town. It is also aimed at couples who share it, from 160 to 190 cm.

In other words: at 31.00 kg according to Trek, the Fetch+ 2 offers the essentials of a cargo bike in a format that fits in a garage or courtyard. Its telescopic seatpost and adjustable stem mean it can be shared between several riders.

The small 20-inch wheels fitted with 2.35-inch Schwalbe Pick-Up tyres lower the centre of gravity and shorten the bike: it turns tightly and stays stable when stopped with a load. The step-through frame lets you get on without lifting your leg, even with a bag on your back.

The PowerTube battery comes out of the frame to be charged at home, handy when the bike lives in a storeroom without a socket. The Cargo Line motor assists up to 25 km/h, and the four-piston Tektro brakes on 180 mm rotors keep braking consistent under load.
