The Garmin Edge 540 Solar Bundle is a new generation Garmin Edge 2023 compact cycling computer that includes a sensor kit (cardio belt, speed sensor and pedaling cadence sensor). It has a similar external appearance to its counterpart, the Garmin Edge 840 Solar, with the same number of buttons and the same resolution screen as its predecessor, but with a slight increase in size and reduction in weight. Its battery can last from 26 to 32 hours in standard mode, from 42 to 60 hours in economy mode and a gain of 25 additional minutes per hour thanks to the solar panels integrated around the screen. It is equipped with five charging pins on the mounting element and a USB-C connector for fast charging and high-speed transfer. The GPS chip shares the same characteristics as the Edge 1040 Solar. The Garmin Edge 540 Solar has an improved "Climb Pro" mode that can predict the grade outside of a course, as long as the climb is at least 400 meters with a 4% percentage. It also has Stamina functionality to monitor information about the remaining energy level while driving. The Garmin Edge 540 Solar weighs only 85 grams.
