The LEATT Gravity 1.0 Jr Junior MTB Helmet in fire red is designed for young riders who want to push their limits without compromising on protection. Accessible and reliable, it's ideal for beginners and progressing riders alike on bike parks, technical trails, and pump tracks.
The robust polymer composite shell ensures lasting resistance to repeated impacts. The impact foam is molded directly to the shell for optimized energy absorption with every fall. The inner lining is fully removable and washable, keeping the helmet fresh and hygienic session after session. The visor is detachable and designed to reduce rotational impact forces in the event of a fall.
At the heart of the Gravity 1.0 Jr., Leatt 's Turbine 360° technology provides a unique 3-in-1 safety system. The optimally positioned turbine discs within the helmet allow for slight relative movement between the helmet and the head upon impact. This mechanism helps reduce the maximum acceleration transmitted to the head and brain, offering protection against both low- and high-speed impacts, as well as potentially dangerous rotational forces.
The Gravity 1.0 Jr's vents are not obstructed by a protective mesh, allowing for direct and efficient airflow. This design promotes heat dissipation during intense sessions or sunny days in the mountains, a significant advantage for active young riders.
The Double-D ring closure ensures a secure and reliable fit, particularly suited to downhill riding. The helmet is compatible with Leatt neck braces, allowing for increased overall protection depending on the riding style and skill level. The breathable inner lining contributes to thermal comfort throughout the session.
The LEATT Junior MTB Gravity 1.0 Jr Helmet meets the most demanding international standards for downhill and mountain biking: ASTM F1952–10 (downhill), EN1078 , CPSC 1203 and AS/NZS 2063:2008 .
