The LEATT Enduro 4.0 MTB Helmet in stealth black/grey is Leatt 's answer to enduro riders who refuse to compromise between maximum protection and everyday versatility. Its removable chin bar allows you to instantly switch from a full-face, downhill-certified configuration to an open-face helmet, ideal for long climbs or less demanding trails.

Construction and materials

The lightweight polymer composite (polycarbonate) shell encases a dual-density impact foam combining EPS and EPO molded together. This combination ensures superior energy absorption during both hard downhill impacts and lower-speed collisions. The adjustable and detachable visor is designed to reduce rotational impact forces in the event of a fall. The entire helmet remains compact and well-balanced, ensuring no strain on the neck during long rides.

360° Turbine Technology

At the heart of the helmet, Leatt 's exclusive Turbine 360° technology forms a 3-in-1 safety system by working in concert with the impact foam:

• Reduction of rotational forces : the turbine discs, optimally positioned inside the helmet, allow a slight relative movement between the helmet and the head during an oblique impact, limiting the rotational acceleration transmitted to the brain.
• Low-speed impact protection : The EPO foam design complements traditional EPS to effectively absorb lower-intensity impacts, often overlooked by conventional helmets.
• High-speed impact protection : Molded EPS foam takes over for high-energy impacts, in accordance with the requirements of the strictest DH standards.

With its 18 generously sized vents, the MTB Enduro 4.0 helmet ensures efficient airflow even at low speeds—a decisive advantage during sustained climbs in full-face mode. Air flows consistently through the shell to keep your head cool throughout your ride.

Comfort and fit

The Fidlock magnetic closure makes putting the helmet on and taking it off easy, even with gloves. The occipital support is secured via a micrometric buckle, allowing for precise and personalized adjustment for stability without excessive pressure. The Flat Lock strap divider keeps the chin strap arms discreetly and comfortably in place. Inside, the breathable, odor-resistant, and washable lining wicks away moisture effectively to keep you fresh in all conditions. Integrated notches allow you to securely store the arms of sunglasses. The helmet is also designed to work perfectly with Leatt neck braces.
